I wish my area would crack down on ghost cars like NYC does (taken yesterday)

The setup is likely to prevent illegal left turns out of the parking lot on the left. Looks like they’d go flush if someone simply drove through them

I go to the gym just before school starts.....most of the roads are backed up so people cut through neighborhoods. They completely ignore the "Do not enter 7-9 AM/4-6 PM signs." To "legally" cut through which I do, there is a roundabout path needed. Turn right, then turn left, to get back (turn left is direct but those streets have the do not enter with the hours, and one is plain do not enter). MANY IGNORE THE DO NO ENTER and simply go the wrong way for 1 1/2 blocks.

What I do think is crazy? Once a person has such a habit, if they are driving buzzed, they will do it by habit and hurt someone. my .02 ymmv
