Anyone know where (specifically) I can buy lots of these? The inside diameter is about 1/2 inch (push mower wheel axle size). Slightly larger would work. Thanks.

(although you DON'T say you're going to stack them).
I would keep the number of shims to a 'maximun' of (3) .... to avoid a cushioning effect.

Got some! 50 for about 20 bucks on Ebay.
The wobble bother you huh ? You should see my trash picked mower. 4 different wheels ( same diameter though ). TOTALLY out of alignment. A slew of all different washers to keep them on, and a few nuts because I ran out of washers. A real Ruby Goldberg job !!! Wobble like crazy. BUT......It cuts grass ... YAY
