hi everyone. I'am trying to find the thickest 10w30 semi-synth/high mileage motor oil blend for gasoline engines? any advices?

I would have to say Castrol GTX HM. Castrol in general is thicker than most. Why the thickest though?

because i have 260k on my honda civic lx, and i don't wanna use 10w-40 but some 10w30 thickest one

Maxlife NextGen is 11.5 cst. You could always mix 4qts of 10w30 and 1 qt 5w-50. You would get close to 12 cst with that

You'll find dual rated HDEOs (some semi-synthetic, others conventional) 10w30s, every example of which I've seen has HTHS of 3.5 or greater.

Castrol High Mileage 10w30 (HTHS 3.5) and Rotella T5 10w30 (HTHS 3.5) are some of the thickest 10w30 synthetic blends I'm aware of.

Yeah, GTX HM is the thickest - 12.1 cst.

You may as well try Mobil 1 0W40.
