I can say I remember it from a TV commercial because nobody's younger sibling had one.
Detailed and dazzling, for sure, but a toy for very young kids.

Look at the end of the box. It reads "Another _____ from De Luxe".
I wonder what the blank was planned to be used for.

Unfortunately, I'm old enough to remember when real dashboards looked exactly like that. Fortunately, they were in my parent's cars and I was still too young to drive them. They were nice, hard steel though. Great way to lose some teeth in even a minor collision.
