The story is about the CEO personal financial problems, but is it a sign of things to come? If you can't handle your personal finances, you can't handle a business's finances.

Will we see another FBI type drug sting like we did with John DeLorean?

This I didn't know, I thought the $50 million from Toyota was a done deal.

I think even if Tesla isn't successful it will be acquired by someone. I'd imagine Toyota would buy it just to kill off a competitor or what not.
