The comment is in reference to the mentioned offical's embrace of shooting wolves from choppers. Nothing more, certainly nothing less.

My guy? I don't have a guy, and don't require a hit squad.

P, I could care less if you think my comment was stupid.
The one in charge up there actively pushes for shooting wolves from helicopters. No myth.
Who is "he" anyway? and what hit squad? Was there a contract on somebody's life? What would "he" have to do with shooting wolves?

Back to the point, I hope the dead one isn't Romeo, but I'm afraid it might be.

I wasn't thinking about that, just about the Alaskan government's ideas about "predator control".
I wonder what the wolf is thinking while he's playing with the little dogs.
