Did you consider Mobil 1 Annual Protection? If so, why EP over AP? Cost? I would think think AP is a step above EP in terms of ingredient quality.

Same type of base oil (PAO) but almost twice the VII, smaller HTHSV, almost the same add pack. Perhaps a dash of extra antioxidant but a big perhaps. 33% more expensive.

Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20 is overall a better oil than Mobil 1 Annual Protection 0W-20 in my opinion.

Mobil 1 Extended Performance stands for Mobil 1 Extended Performance. I thought the Extended Performance flavor wasn't available outside North America.

My bad is typo, Mobil 1 Extended Performance can be purchased outside states but Mobil 1 Annual Protection is more difficult to find
