They're likely the next generation BMW X7. There's talk of the Horch brand coming back.
I thought Horch was Audi?
Sorry yeah. Just got off of work. I'm fairly certain it's the next BMW X7 or X7M

With München "M" plates it certainly is a BMW. MB and Porsche would be "S", Audi "IN", VW "WOB", etc.
That's potentially a decent looking vehicle. Though the wide space in the center of the grill leaves plenty of room for something (predictably) awful. So yes, it could be a new BMW.
The ones I saw were suv style, but the camo is very similar.
Neue Klasse is a platform; there will be sedans and SUVs. One sedan will have 4 motors, one for each wheel. OMG.
I've been following these cars since concept. BMW is finally making a proper EV, as is MBZ.
And then there's the Mission X. Nürburgring beware if this hypercar ever arrives...

Not that I have the cash but the next generation M3 has been caught testing as a hybrid. An article from two years back said that due to a high take rate the next gen M3 would definitely have a manual transmission. Recently M division bosses said due to the difficulty making a manual transmission working with a hybrid "it definitely won't offer a manual transmission ".
