Tesla wiper fluid failure fiasco...

So the wiper fluid did not squirt out of the wiper arm... Of course the fluid had to be full, so it had to be the cheapo Tesla mechanism somewhere. Maybe even the pump motor?
So I piulled off the plastic frunk cowl and frunk plastic exposing the guts. Kinda interesting... All the fluids lines were intact, attached, etc. Nothing to fix...
I opened the reservoir cap anywats, the reservoir is opaque blqck plastic, not translucent.
I grabbed the fluid jug and filled the reservoir, even though I was sure it was full. Full? Oops, not so much...

Don't ask. I'm sooooo fired. :ROFLMAO: Always remember to check the nut behind the wheel...
When will people realize that teslers are absolute junk

So, no warning light?
Edy, I could not understand the add fluid "fix"; it made no sense as it really was not low. Please review my posts #12 and #16. I cannot believe the fluid was the problem; my best guess is the problem stemmed from the aftermarket turn stalk. They are Bluetooth, not hard wired. I did have to reconnect them one time after a Tesla OTA update. In addition, they are highly configurable, able to complete many tasks. I was messing with some settings at one point.

I suspected the S3XY Stalk button and tested it a couple times, hours apart. I remembered the Tesla steering wheel button, when I pressed button #7 the fluid came immeadiately. Come to think of it, I should have tried the voice command, "Wash Windshield".

Beyond that, I got nuthin'. I hate computers!

Talk to people with cyber trucks and ask them what they think of it's wiper blade
My thread is not about Cybertrucks. But I can tell you the CT owners who have them love them. I prefer my old Tundra; the CT is simply not for me. I really don't get the use case, but each to their own.

I think Jeff is on to something when he says that his Bluetooth stalk didn’t work but the button on the wheel did.

I don’t think this was a washer problem at all, I think it’s an aftermarket stalk problem.

As far as fluid, I will never use Rain-X again. It gummed up the inside of my Mercedes system, requiring a replacement of reservoir, pump, and fluid hose, but on the S class Mercedes that hose is heated and cost over $100. $350 total in parts.

I buy the cheap blue stuff, and I add a bit of this:

I was referring to the washer fluid running low. I have the previous factory stalks.

There are some pretty ridiculous comments on here. I'm trying to be nice and not say what I think of them because it keeps getting me in trouble.
Let the haters be. I am not sure why people feel the need to put so much effort into something they don't like. Personally I have better things to do, but each to his/her own. It's all good.

I have never enjoyed a car as much, or been so impressed with one, as our M3P. But that doesn't mean I don't appreciate (and love) our TSX, Tundra, and the rest. Then there's the 65 442 (98K original mile survivor) and 68 L36 427 Corvette Roadster (wasted $$).

The Prestone -30f stuff works great and doesn't leave behind orange residue or staining. It also keeps from re-freezing.

I bought a Windex branded one this season. It didn't have freezing issues at all and was the best at cleaning the windshield I've tried yet. I'm hoping there are no ingredients that cause me issues later.
