Inventory control software uses ROP (Reorder Point), Min-Max and vendor co-ordination to simplify and automate procurement.
In fact, Tesla wrote their own ERP application ("Tesla Warp Drive") because Elon hates SAP. So do I. I met with then Tesla CIO Jay Vijayan at Microsoft in Redmond to discuss the project. Warp Drive is an incredible story, for those who understand software development.
Oh yeah, then there's Starlink, so your Tesla has requisite connectivity...
