It was just poking a bit of fun is all. I'm not sure which tires/wheels he was running but these are heavy cars and need proper setups to run hard.Looks like a model 3 performance on a very unsporting set of rims. Also looks like OP uses the track much more adroitly.
Too heavy, too much understeer, brakes are horrid, taxing tires too much, battery gets drained fast.It was just poking a bit of fun was all. I'm not sure which tires/wheels he was running but these are heavy cars and need proper setups to run hard.
Dunno about Tesla base models, but plenty of other EVs are formidable track tools.Too heavy, too much understeer, brakes are horrid, taxing tires too much, battery gets drained fast.
We have them at HPR now and than, and they are more hazard on the track then fun.
What does formidable means? In what exactly they shine?Dunno about Tesla base models, but plenty of other EVs are formidable track tools.
Formidable. Example, my ev6 gt. It turns times similar to Guilia QV, Audi RS5, etc. On multiple tracks. Sure, its no Gt3, but its formidable for a wagon. What does formidable means? In what exactly they shine?
Exhaust is just an aftermarket downpipe (catted) and I removed the resonator. Stock mufflers. It's pretty mellow. The 1.8 isn't a particularly nice sounding engine...I had assumed your golf would be a bit louder due to the mod.

He needs external microphone in engine bay or near exhaust. That is how people get exhaust sound on track videos.I had assumed your golf would be a bit louder due to the mods.
Most tracks require open windows. There is too much wind noise. And it is turbo. Exhaust noise goes only so far.Having owned a mk7.5 GTI I just expected more interior noise. The GTI does have a soundactor at the base of the winscremen though which does give you a lot of fake noise
