Tensioner pulley - bearing condition?

I've repacked idler bearings, they don't usually last very long after repacking but one has lasted years since I repacked it. If it's just a $20 pulley, replace it

sometimes you can just replace the bearing itself.

Replace the all the pulleys, the tensioner and belt every 10 years or 90-120k. They don’t need to be making noise.
