No, well sort of.

They will hate you with all their being and will not work on your vehicle because the refrigerant identifier will freak out.

yep.....use virgin refrigerant only or, if you feel you REALLY need it, use refrigerant with a bit of oil. However, I'm willing to bet you don't need oil.

Ever pulled an msds? I'd start there. Its either something that theoretically cleans and disperses junk in orifice/expansion and exchanger inner surfaces that is probably an oil with some add pack, a compatible syn oil shot, or some kind of material with superior thermodynamics. I doubt the third option...

There is no short cut to ac performance. If its blowing hot air,its probably a low charge. Why a low charge? Because you have a leak.AC systems are expensive to fix,and a good system wont act up for years,a worn out leaky system will cause constant problems. You put in 134a,you leak out 134a....basically its illegal. You cannot knowingly purge 134a into the atmosphere. Not that the feds will come get you,but just knowing that the leak you have is illegal, will make you want to fix it for real or else rip out the whole AC system (and save a bunch of weight and underhood clutter at the same time).

IF I ever have major AC problems, THIS^^^ is exactly what I'm going to do (I would have ordered/bought an AC deleted car to begin with if it were offered in the 1LE package for my model year, but it was not.

I did that on my Mustang, of course that turned to a complete engine teardown, but it started with good intentions.
