Did he get his money back....or is the pilot getting a percentage of the royalties from the video ?
That's taking the term 'hang glider' a bit too literally!
hang gliding seems like a sure fire way to die a painful death. Not sure why anyone would want to do this.
If everything goes right....you live. If one thing goes wrong....well....then it's pot luck. Gravity isn't very forgiving.
I noticed they have not forgotten to set up all the cameras.

Same as sky diving. Never a good reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Same as playing Russian roulette.

Kudos that both guys kept their pants dry! That the pilot forgot to do his pre-flight check is - to me - a strong argument for loss of his instruction licence.
