We agree about sweet potatoe pie, but our receipe calls for bourbon instead of maple syrup...and no yogurt. Just potatoes, eggs, sugar, seasonings to taste, and Jim Beam!! Enjoy. Bill

Don't get me wrong -I prefer your style - but some of the fellows here might gripe about the viscosity and solids count with a traditional 'tater pie! (I so I went light as I mentioned)

Never heard of it. But I'm from Canada and the sweet potato thing hasn't caught-on up here yet. I love sweet potatos and/or yams. They're available everywhere here, but the sweet potato fries and baked sweet potatos are nowhere to be found in Canadian restaurants.

Spent couple hours on this last nite. It's Lemon Icebox (not merrengue{sp})

10-4 ! I understand that completely.

I have gagged on sweet potatoes since I was a baby. I figure it was b/c sweet potatoes look too much like what I saw in my diapers. I put 2 & 2 together & figured the folks were trying to save money by recycling what I didn't digest the 1st time.

Gee.....how long did you wear those diapers? Pumpkin pie looks more like that stuff. A good sweet potato pie has nothing to do with loaded diapers.
