Supertech tractor hydraulic fluid is Citgo Transguard?

seems this is the msds for Supertech tractor hydraulic fluid. Shows supplier is Citgo.
Notice flashpoint is 450 which is what Transguard is.
Including msds for Supertech and pds for Transguard.
My only confusion is that Citgo doesn’t have the two gallon jugs that Supertech comes in.🤷‍♂️

Those decisions likely get made by marketing / retailing people. Its also possible they use a 3rd party to bottle it for walmart anyway?

That may be an old SDS, or an SDS for a gallon jug/quarts only sold in a particular region, the UPC "078742132051" in the photos on Walmart's website just brings up a generic SDS from Highline Warren for Synthetic blend motor oil with a ton of dead UPCs that lead nowhere on brickseek.

Called the technical line on the Citgo msds.
They have not supplied fluid to Walmart in years.

Wondering if Walmart can get sued (not by me) for not providing a proper msds for all their fluids?
What is the legal ramifications for this bs?
