I always laugh a little inside when I see people with specialized "small engine oil" in their buggy at Walmart. Twice the price for half as much. The super hot or split fire plugs are good for a giggle too. J19LM for $1.78 in the auto section and almost $4.00 in the garden department for the same plug with different paint.

Buy the 20 oz ounce bottles, and it comes to $2.63 quart. I think you are exaggerating more than just a little bit.

Buy the 20 oz ounce bottles, and it comes to $2.63 A quart, which is not even close to twice as much. You must be drunk.

The 20 oz bottles of Super tech? What do they have to do with the 18oz bottles labeled lawn mower oil in the outdoor section? I'm drunk????

I'm glad you edited your post to be a little nicer though. At my Walmart, the 18 oz bottle of Briggs and Stratton four cycle LAWN MOWER oil is like $4.38. It's specially blended to fool people into spending more money. Not quite twice as much, but close enough.

I have to admit to using Tru Fuel in my RM 250 a few times. It actually burned much better and cleaner. It was hard to tell if it made it faster with the front tire coming up and hitting me in the face all the time. Probably why I'm so ugly.

The last time I was drunk was in 1984 by the way.

I thought you were talking about the Super Tech since that was the topic. I think the Briggs oil is way over priced too. It was Saturday night, and some people do post some wild stuff, but I did edit it because I thought we were talking about two different things.

The Walmart lawn and garden guy hates me because I'll interrupt his sales pitch to tell customers where to get basically the same oil and spark plugs for much cheaper in the auto section. I told a customer in Ace Hardware, right in front of the Toro rep, a week ago that Toros had come a long way in the wrong direction the last 10 years. I'm a stinker. Sent him to Walmart to buy whatever was on sale if he didn't want to spend the money on a Honda.
