Yes sir I noticed this as well. Seems exactly like you said that he these specifications are very well made. I noticed how clear this oil was when I checked my level after adding it. It was just about has clean as Pennzoil Platinum or Pennzoil Gold Synthetic blend. I'm not saying this oil is has good as Pennzoil just yet. But I know for a fact that the Pennzoil base oil from their gtl is almost totally clear. Which I am hypothesizing means the impurities have been reduced to a point to where the oil becomes clearer. I am thinking this Sunoco Ultra is a group 3 synthetic.
