I would rather use Autozone duralast than Detroit Axle and it has a warranty. In your case, I would go get a known name brand shock from Rock Auto. Shouldn’t be too much more $ then Detroit Axle

Warranty means very little to me. 100bucks for shock replacement? I lost a weekend to changing shocks. My missing time on the weekend is a LOT more expensive.

Last time I bought Detroit axle struts, they were quite literally Monroe OE Spectrums reboxed. Still had Monroe part numbers stamped into the steel body and still had the Monroe labels stuck to them.

For what that's worth.

My monroe OE spectrums were made in USA.
