We have been over..and over...and over...that the 20s that you used in the 60s aren't the same as the current 20s in philosophy (and HTHS for sure).

Is that 430K miles in one car, or 430k miles over 40 cars ?
 
Redline markets theirs both ways. For the racer crowd, it's a mono. For the street crowd, it's a multi. In either case, the case can be made to run it 10,000 mile oil changes with good filtration and it might be cost effective. Certainly those folks who do track days around here are quite happy with it

The narrow spread low VII grades are why I stocked up on Chevron Delo 400 15W-30 SD as a break-in oil for future engine builds. Glad I did, lately the price is catching up to Redline unless bought in bulk from the distributor ...
