There are many things that you have to consider when running a 10-min flush such as AsTeePee, etc.
(1)you are mixing (diluting) solvent into a chemically-balanced motor oil chemistry that oil refineries have been trying so hard to remove during the refining process in hopes of what? to dissolve some varnish?
(2)extended run of solvent (in a significant % or timeframe) will cause seal swelling and subsequent seal damage.
(3) if your engine is extremely sludged,running solvent cleaner such as 10-min flush may break large pcs of deposits, which will clog your oil pickup screen, leading to sudden loss of oil pressure (guess what comes next: bearing seizures).

I was over at a Toy dealership 4 days ago for a TSB service quote and I overheard the svc writer throwing in an otherwise not-needed oil flush into his oil change and charge an additional 15 bux on the tab. It never seized to amaze me that solvent flush is still widely acceptable in the industry as a standard/well accepted practice.

I've used the flushes on my Sunfire, never any issues, however that was pre-BITOG, as I was doing 3K OCI's with PP.

Yo! Try the following (just to get my point across):
Get some paint thinner and then dunk a used seal into it for 20mins or more. Take it out and inspect. Voila! Swelling!

p.s. Just because you were able to get away with it scot-free doesn't mean that it won't happen to you or someone out there.

I have to admit, as a younger man I used gunk motor flush at every other oil change on 3k mi. interval on Pennzoil 10w30 conventional, for over 100,000 miles on a '99 Dodge Stratus. Never had a lubrication issue, ever. Never consumed any oil either. I'm just saying. Car ran well the entire time I owned it. It was my first car... Good times.
Now, that was pre-BITOG of course, but I'm still not against running one say on a 20-30k basis in a high mileage daily driver.
