I’m just curious on which synthetic reigns “supreme”. Napa, Supertech, STP, Oreilly’s, Argos(AAP), Traveller(Tractor Supply). Those are the ones I can get locally.

Whichever meets your specifications & is cheapest synthetic.
EDIT: I'll also add ease of availability. SuperTech is easiest for me out of your list b/c I live out in Rural area. Otherwise the others are available when I can get out to those areas.

To me they are all about the same, buy whichever is the cheapest.
It would help if you would define the word “supreme”.
None "reign supreme". They are all good oils. use with confidence the cheapest one you can find.
Isn't NAPA made by Valvoline. If yes, in that case it would be supreme over the rest, for me.
LOL! Yeah, I was kind of thinking wouldn't HPL, Amsoil, Redline reign "supreme"? Of the generic "store brand" oils @Bettez88 listed, as far as base stock and additive supremeness, I would guess they are all quite similar. Price and ease of availability would be how I would choose.

On the other hand, given the plethora of approvals it has and the price at Walmart, I don't see any advantage in buying something else other than ESP.
Spend an extra dollar or two and get Quaker State.
The best oil is clean oil. Change it frequently enough and you and your engine wont be able to tell the difference. Any claims made to the contrary are 99% speculation.
I’d be inclined towards NAPA just because it’s made by Valvoline instead of Warren.

Yes. $28 at Walmart. But maybe that’s just me.
