I did not know the proper place to put this so here it is. After suffering thru many bouts of crappy customer service as I know you all have , Butler Labs has gone out of their way to assist me. After some issues with Pay Pal and E-bay I emailed Mr. Mathis my poor opinion of the E-bay solution. I know just my opinion but still do not like it. He immediated emailed me a solution. AND he sent me a refund on the shipping that was my mistake using E-bay.
I just sent them my first used sample so I have not had experience with that end of the business yet but so far, EXCELLENT!

I have no affiliation of expectation of financial gain from the above. Just glad to share a good CS situation!

Thanks for posting that information. It is always good to hear that our Sponsors are doing a good job. And they seem to go the extra mile for all their customers.
