Stella Artois Beer 0% Alcohol

IMHO Stella is at the wonderful end of the "hop scale". It's bitter enough to cut through the mouth slime of Summer without killing your taste buds.
Becks is the next commonly known hoppy beer on that scale; a good beer and a welcome find on a beer menu whilst traveling.

The craft beer makers cranked up the hop bitterness on many of their offerings.

The word "Imperial" -with its red labeling- was used as trade shorthand for "Hoppy as Heck".

alcohol like fructose is a liver killer!! i limit myself to two beers daily + lower alcohol is a plus as long as I LIKE the taste if there is one!!!!

What's the point of beer with no alcohol?
Since I don't drink, my question is, what is the point of beer with alcohol? I've probably had 30 different non-alcoholic beers and most of them are darn good. Although, I'm probably not the best judge of taste, because I like virtually everything. I'm amazed at how many people I see in bars and restaurants that are drinking NA beer. Some just don't want the side effects of drinking alcohol.

I picked this one up yesterday, it's really good.

Many people can't or shouldn't drink alcohol. Alcohol consumption increases the risk of AFIB in people prone to the condition and can cause dangerous levels of low blood sugar in diabetics (12% of US population). People may be on meds that don't allow for alcohol consumption such as antidepressants (about 13% of the population) , bennies, antihistamines, antibiotics, etc. Athletes and fitness-oriented people may avoid alcohol because it causes water retention.

I limit alcohol consumption to trivial amounts and maybe one beer every two weeks. Even that one beer results in water retention in my face for a day. Others may not notice but I do. If I were to drink a couple of beers every day I'd very quickly retain a few pounds of excess water. Maybe gin would be less deleterious compared to other alcoholic beverages. It's made with juniper berries, a natural diuretic.

About 15 years ago, several years after I essentially quit drinking, I started getting red, flushed and patchy skin after as much as a 1/4 can of beer or any alcoholic beverage.

When asked why I don't drink, I just tell people I found Jesus....

But back to the task at hand, I enjoy Beck's, old Milwaukee and even some no name brands. I do drink Budweiser Prohibition (I call it Probation) as its plentiful but I don't prefer it.

Its actually pretty good. I am a light lager/pale ale kind of guy. Stellas regular beer is one of my favorites
How do they get it down to 0% Alcohol. Even most "non alcoholic " beers have like .4 percent or so.

Which has more chemicals/ artificial stuff- Coke or Beer? I haven't researched... but I'm guessing Coke.
Don't care, drink 3 or 4 a month. Usually with Pizza or Italian.

I have a favorite place for happy hour, decent $5 14 oz Margaritas, and Deep Fried Tex-Mex White Boy Taco's for $3.50 that are large and tasty with fresh tasty ingredients. A nice place to spend late afternoon on hot summer days.

Not much of a beer drinker these days, everyone keeps changing the recipe. Would roll over in my grave for a Falstaff brewed in St Louis, before the Griesedieck Family sold out around 1975.(?) We called it better Budweiser.

Around here beers like Stella. Heineken, Red Stripe which don't sell well here are usually not fresh. Drink a Red Stripe in the Caribbean and you realize their beer here is not fresh 90% of the time.
