How fast for an all cash deal to get all paperwork done ?

Within 15 days usually, with a normal loan usually 30 days or so if the lender didn't screw up.

All cash offers can often be under 14 days.

Realtors around here almost always set up the sales contract with closing in 30 days from the date of the contract.

National home builders have been raising prices on new construction due to lack of competition as existing home sales have plunged.
Roughly 2/3 of new construction are now seeing regular price increases.
I’m actually a little surprised to see median sales price of 436k.

I guess more rate hikes to come but maybe plateau instead, who knows?
