Stanley Tool Chest and Cabinet

Has anyone seen these put together? I saw the combo at Walmart a day or so ago still in the box. If at least decent, this could be a good starter/supplemental cabinet and chest for the price.

Looks like it has ball-bearing drawers so that's a plus. I have an old Craftsman that looks just like that I bought in the early 90's and it's still in service but I'm not in it everyday all day either.
