Stainless Steel Non Stick Fried Eggs!

About a year ago I shot a film about a guy who is hand forging/blacksmithing iron pans.
They are amazing and non sticky, once they are seasoned - similar to cast iron ware.
Love the bacon and eggs I get out of them. And yeah - I use butter or lard.

Just used my stainless skillet for taco meat..
I cant imagine seasoning one would ever be successful for long.. that is the whole point of stainless.
I use my stainless, non-stick, and cast iron weekly.. right skillet for the right food!
