St. Petersburg Indy Car

Today was the Indy Car season opener at St. Petersburg. I would most likely have watched the race if I had know about it.
I watch all kind of sports on TV, some would say too much, and I never saw this race being advertised.

Does it seem like Indy Car is fading away?

That's a good question. I sort of know what's going on with some series I don't even watch simply because I follow enough motorsport news, but how that translate to the general public or casual fans, I don't know. You're probably right about the lack of TV advertising. I don't watch a great deal of TV, but didn't see any ads, either. You think they'd buy some YouTube ad space or something, even. I get car ads watching YouTube, but no race ads.

It was advertised really well actually on all of the NBC stations. The series is as strong as it has ever been since the Split.
