Spark Plug Wires

Hey all,

I have a 1994 Mustang GT 5.0 V8. It has 204,000 miles on it. I need some new spark plug wires. I have been looking at the Motorcraft, Bosch, and Ford Motorsports. I am looking at the Bosch closely because of the Lifetime Warranty. What do you all think? What brands of plug wires do you all use?

I used Motorcraft and AC/Delco's on my SHO's because they fit well (good plug tube seal). But I doubt you could go wrong with any of your choices.

Currently on my Saturn I'm running AZ housebrand (Duralast) and will probably do the same on my Windstar as well.

OEM every time. They fit well and are of very good quality (204,000 miles). A lifetime waranty can be good but, the grief of changing free wires every few years is not worth it.

NGK plugs and wires get good reviews by just about everybody who uses them. Wires are, I believe, fitted and marked for each application (they were for my '97 Galant). Plus they are a cool blue color.

Just to clarify. The plug wires on there now are not OEM. They were some O'Reilly branded wires a bought because the boot ripped of the Motorsport wire I had. I just like the idea of a lifetime warranty.

Ford [Motorcraft] has always had the best stock plug wires.
Bosch premium wires are very good, also.
Price and availability are your concerns between the two brands.

NGK also has a lifetime warranty on their plug wires, but it would be a pain to use b/c most are purchased online.

ford motorcraft i think are made by bosch, ill have to check the boxes when i go to work tomorrow.
at least for the 4.6L stangs the Ford Motorsports plug wires are actually made by MSD.

I have the Bosch wires. I had them warranteed once. No problem. I think they've been on the truck for about 90,000 miles.
