Just received two NGK BCPR5EIX for the B&S V-Twin and a couple of NGK BPR6EIX for all the Hondas and Chondas. The V-Twin calls for a 50 hour change interval, which I know is silly, but I plan to change those after the first cut at ~90 hours and save the original Champion plugs for a rainy day. The hard starting Honda push mower with GCV-160 and at least 200 hours on the plug will get a new plug before the season starts and its (presumed) NGK plug will also be cleaned and saved for a rainy day. The Champion generator with a Chonda motor may be next in line, since it usually takes 3-4 pulls to start after sitting idle for a month. That machine has the original Torch plug that has never been pulled, cleaned and gapped, so my thoughts are to try all of that before using a new plug.
Who knows - assuming no radical changes in OPE motors, I may never have to purchase spark plugs again. Oh wait - there remains the 2-cycle stuff and a few flat head B&S motors using RJ19LM plugs. Nevermind...
