source of air filter comparisons?

Any one know of any other comparisons of air filters that are posted on the web?
Would like to see Fram v purolater.
i look at them in a store and the purolater has 80 or more pleats vs the frams 55 or so.
This for a 4 cyl 94 camry. I think the purolater at advance is less thanfram at waldo mart

I would take the one with the lesser pleates. My OEM camry filter has very few pleates, only 33.

Given the same material, more pleats are better until the point that there are so many that air can't flow between them. Obviously this is not the case w/ the Purolator. Purolator is the OEM for Subaru so that's all I've used (good enough for Subaru, good enough for me!), especially since they're available for a great price.

surprising.
you would think the more pleats the better but Toyota probably has a good filter.


here they are like$16 when on sale by the dealer i think.
