Absolutely, but I don't like chasing sales. Many years ago, I'd just go to Superstore and buy oil. It was slightly more expensive than Canadian Tire's best sale prices, but I could buy it whenever I wanted to. I didn't have to be there at 8:00 a.m. on Friday to catch the sale before the old farts cleaned out the meager offerings CT put out. At least these days, they actually have sufficient stock in most sales, where you can actually still find product right before the sale ends. That's assuming that people are stocking the shelf, and I've run into trouble where they haven't been.
