I don't really carry anything aside from the first aid kit that came with the car. Should probably look at it, it's factory sealed, probably everything inside is expired. Haven't had to use jumper cables in over 10+ years, but I have a nice set I bought over 10+ years ago.
Oh and besides napkins, baby wipes.
I used to carry a 1/2 inch breaker bar along with an adapter and the right socket for the lug nuts. Would also come in handy if you need a weapon... But I've never actually been in that kind of situation so I stopped carrying it.

Yes I carry a torque wrench with 13-19MM 1/2 drive deep well sockets. Sometimes I help change tires.
