Yes, the results tell you which oil is the best to use on one of those "machines".

Bobert is correct. Mobil 1 0W40 Trisyn. We couldn't put enogh pressure on to really test it but well over 100lbs before the rig collapsed with two of us hanging off it and consequently burned a large hole in the hotels carpet (mgmt somwhat unimpressed)
