When I was house hunting in March/April/May of 2020 (yeah, I know right) I looked at a couple in Lancaster County SC that were built like this, and had the added joy of a train track running on the other side of the road. I'd wondered why those three were a little less than the others I had been looking at, until I drove out there.

The one this thread is about is out by the new 2 Kings Casino. It will almost surely sell for more than that.

I wish there were some better pictures from OP example. Looking from garage/house or straight down even. Not saying it's good just the perspective is skewed so cannot truly see front of house. Is there a retaining wall??
