Hey Guys...

So Who Is Running RP Oil Filters ?
Any comments ?

Cheers,
Kris

At $14.99 a pop last time I checked at PB, not in my lifetime.

Pure One or Napa Gold is about as pricey as I'm going to get, and even then they have to be on sale or have a rebate.

seems to be very well made. i got it mostly because i was a pep boys employee at the time. media is full synthetic, and champion lab made. can't go wrong. its been on my nissan for about 9mo.

I am running one, I just put it on about a week ago. It will be on for at least 6 months, and then I will have comments when I cut it open. I did cut open a AC Delco Ultraguard Gold for the same application recently and it is the same material at the Royal Purple filter and made by Champion Labs also, with one less pleat and it looked good (meaning all pleats looked the same as they do when new, just covered with oil now).

ACDelco has a "PF" series of oil filters, and I think the U in "UPF" just means the "Ultragaurd" version in the PF series.

No, I like ice cream! Give me a logical reason to buy a RP filter instead of "my Team is better than YOUR team" mud pies. I'm all eyes ...
