I am looking for a portable air compressor that I can bring with me to people's houses when I work on their car.

The only purpose for the compressor would be to inflate tires and to operate an air-powered Mityvac brake bleeder. This is the unit:

What kind of specs and capacity should I be looking for, in order to have a compressor that will do what I need?

Thanks.

That is a big chunk of machinery to haul around to inflate tires and bleed brakes.
Can you not bleed brakes another way?
Topping up a tire could be done with a much smaller compressor.

Don't buy an oil less type. They are all POS.

I have the two tank version of that makita and can vouch for its quality.

If you want oil free, look at Thomas, which are oil-less and designed for 100% duty cycle. Ive had them running hard for years on lab equipment.

Seriously or bleeding brakes get a motive unit with all the attachments and have a far easier set-up.

There are also hand-pumped vacuum bleeders that will do the job - believe griots sells one.

How about the Quietzone 4.6 gallon, does 4.2cfm at 90psi. Its aluminum so its not as heavy to lug around and its very quiet too (55db). Or maybe get the Porter Cable 6 gallon pancake compressor.

I already have a Motive unit and I have decided to sell it. The universal cap attachment is too inconvenient for the Toyota and Honda applications.

I decided against the idea of the air compressor since it will take up too much space and see little use. Instead, I bought a Mityvac MV7201 with the brake bleeding accessory kit.
