Site email address not working

I tried sending emails to the site address ([email protected]), but I keep getting error messages like "undeliverable" or "address unknown." Has this address changed? If so could someone please make the update? Thanks.

first of all, it is 'acr', not 'arc'

I sent an email to [email protected] (and this time I made sure it was "acr"), but received no response.
