Doesn't ACEA A3/B3 & A3/B4 require min HTHS of 3.5?
What kind of trick do they pull to get a 20-weight up to 3.5 HTHS?

Probably misprint. At least I see "API SN; ILSAC GF-5; ACEA A1/B1" on Shell UK

its definitely not correct.

If I had to guess, probably an incorrect spec copied from 5w30

Thats not the same oil helix ultra is not HX8,
2 different oils.
