This oil filter and Safety Kleen Synthetic 0w20 was in and on a 2021 Nissan Pathfinder (old body style I like) for 14,788 miles. One of our “boss” vehicles so they just gas and go, doubt they ever check/add oil.

Put a PZ-37 oil filter on and more Safety Kleen 0w20 in. Told her to try to stick to 5k OCI. Inspected the vehicle, it didn’t need anything also. Looks fairly decent for Made in China. The nitrile ADBV was rock hard. Took effort to bend it.

If she has the VQ series V6 those engines do not like that kind of OCI... it would be interesting to look under her valve covers...

Not my problem, can’t talk sense into management. Trust me I have tried in my 18 years

Nissans have small sumps too - Toyota is one thing but a modern example takes 5-6 quarts of oil(unless it’s a Corolla/Prius/Yaris/Scion with a NZ/ZR series or the small Mazda SkyActiv engine, in that case a bit shy of a gallon). We had an older Quest, it took 4.25 quarts of oil with an empty filter.

last time I changed oil on a Nissan it took just shy of 4 quarts. It was a Frontier with the QR25DE.

The filter looked like it held up well!

That is nearly 3x too long an OCI for this particular direct injected VQ35DD. Lots of threads out there with these engines choked with sludge way too early on Nissan and infinity boards. This engine came out in 2017.
