I took my 2023 Ioniq 6 in today to have seat belt recall 298 (TSB 26-01-042H) applied and was informed it is a two-step process. First it has to be verified that the seat belt anchor retainer doesn't have the retainer clip installed. Pictures must taken and sent to Hyundai to verify absence of clips so Hyundai will send dealer the two needed $0.37 clips. This process can take up to two weeks after which I have to bring my car back in so the technician can spend no more than 15 minutes installing the two clips. Terrible service procedure not the dealer's fault.

Seems pretty foolish if it's pennies for the parts. Maybe they are on backorder, but if so... I'd still agree, two trips seems wrong.

Dealers should have had the part mailed to them to take care of it. Or is Hyundai worried that they'll waste them?
