I would use Deep Creep which is seafoam in an areosol can. Or if you think you have heavy deposits powerfoam which is a considerably stronger cleaner.

The MS3's have a notoriously bad PCV system. I don't know about the regualar 3's. But if they are the same, this can work wonders. I'd also consider an Oil Catch Can with an extra PCV. Matt Diamond sells complete kits with everything you need plus a how to sheet for a very good price and it uses the best of the best parts for everything.

If you are worried about reaching the cylinders pull the plugs and spray directly into each one then cycle the engine to distribute the product. Install your plugs wait XX amount of time and restart engine and whoola each cylinder was treated. Change your oil afterward since you just loaded it with foam.
Basicly the same procedure as a "Molasoke".

Amsoil powerfoam is probably much better than Seafoam since the foaming chemical will "cling" to surfaces better.

Why add Seafoam to your intake?
Better to use in in the gas tank, or preferably another modern amine type cleaner.

Sea Foam really has NO business being used in the fuel system OR the intake plenium....
Better to get a modern application specific cleaner such as the 3M throttle body intake and plenium cleaner kit...for the fuel tank any cleaner with 30-50% PEA detergent is best and proven to clean carbon effectively without leaving its own residue behind.
