The 5-20 and the 5-40 are being rolled out at our Natl convention the next few days. We will also be releasing a comparative study vs. most all oils discussed on this board and other "goodies" the chemists and Home office reveals. Quite naturally I am looking forward to any and all information in regards to not only these products but any others that apply.
I look forward to sharing the information when I return. I will post all the info I can in the auto and lube general section come Monday.

so when will schaeffer's offer a GM-LL-A spec oil that I can run in my saab?

A heavy 30 weight, good for 30k kms would be nice, hint hint.

Make it good for the MB FSS, BMW Long life and maybe some of the tougher VW specs, with maybe a good diesel rating on it too, and I bet there could be a lot of buyers.

Can't wait to see this 5w-40 and the 5w-20 in oil analysis. If these blended oils are as good as the others in use from Schaeffers I will HIGHLY recommend their use.
Motorbike , thanks for posting that.

Salesrep, please post or forward that comparative study by Schaeffer. Enquiring minds want to digest it .

Yes, a Schaeffers HDEO 5w40! The preferred viscosity for my 1.8T. I was about to use the thicker 15w40 #700 Supreme 7000...prayers were answered. Thanks for the info, guys!

Does it have the same VW 502 blessing as in the 15w40 7000?

My pdf is screwy and cannot print the last page.

Well, you know how it goes flynavy. Oil prices going up,shipping etc. That said we have managed to keep our increases about 10% below that of our competitors.
