Sample screwed up maybe

Went and had the oil changed and the guy doing was so busy BSing with his buddy he didn't notice the oil was almost drained out of the pan. He only got an ounce at most so he poured oil from the used filter into the sample bottle to fill it. I this sample screwed?

Yes it is screwed up, pitch it in the trash (oil recycling bin) and try again next time.
