Safe Cleaner

What's a safe throttle body cleaner to use on Chrysler (DCX) plastic (2003 Jeep 2.4 liter specifically)intake manifolds.
The manifolds are plastic with o-rings providing the sealing. Some cleaners are very aggressive against many plastics and o-rings.

I personally use Amsoil Power Foam. I use it for the PCV valve and hoses, TBI, or any cleaning that I need on lawn equipment carbs. I have used it since Amsoil came out with it and never had a problem on anything. I highly recommend it.

*whatever* you use, I highly recommend that you change your oil immediately/shortly afterward.

I used CRC Throttle Body Cleaner spray in my all metal intake, and ended up with a spike in lead and iron in my used oil analysis.

Remove the throttle body and clean it manually. You don't want that dirt going into the engine, anyway.
