Just heard on TV that Rush Limbaugh has died. RIP and mega dittos great one.

Wait really? Was he even sick or anything? My dad listens to him a lot.
He apparently had lung cancer.
I stopped listening to him back when he was talking about “Butt Holes” (anatomicaly, not people) and “Exit Points”.

He was amazing in his field and great at taking 5 mins of facts and extrapolating/stretching/distorting into 3 hrs of radio time.
Well... Nuts. 
I listened to the first hour of his show at work, despite me being a UPS Teamster.

I'll always remember where he would sometimes preface his reading of something by saying "With my formerly nicotine stained hands". The man was an avid cigar smoker and I think he even smoked them while in the booth. I stopped listening to him back in the late 1990's simply because of life circumstances.

diametrically opposed to him politically, but bloviating in an entertaining way on the radio for three hours straight five days a week is a rare, rare skill.

I remember listening to him back in about 1990. I was fixing a frozen wheel bearing on my old Ford Windstar. i liked what he was saying. He made doing the job easier.

I listened to him. Anyone can point out problems. It takes real talent to find solutions.
Same. He did. I know in October he said it wasn't going in the right direction.
