Yeah, the anti-rattle clip, I just hadn't installed that yet when the picture was taken.
Actually I took it completely apart after that because I didn't like the cheap Bosch QuietCast brake pads I first bought. I got Jurid ones instead and the quality is better.

The weird thing is I am getting no squeaks when touching the accelerator, even slightly . When I let of to coast or brake I get rubbing and squeaking. Noises come after about 5 mins of driving.

Either you have a worn bearing or a brake caliper that is seizing up.
