Rotation Question - 2016 BMW front and rear tires different sizes

I recently bought a 2016 BMW and the front tires are 18 and the rear tires are 19. How are they rotated? Thank you

Are the tires on it symmetrical. If they're performance along with snow they're about guaranteed to be directional so they can't be swapped side to side. Most highway terrain all seasons are symmetrical so you could swap side to side.

If the tires aren't unidirectional, left and right. If they are unidirectional, you can't rotate them.

Check your owner's manual. BMW says you don't rotate them.

It's not a square set up they do not get rotated only balanced.

Non-directional: left to right-right to left.
Directional: you don’t.
