Dang that’s sad. He wasn’t even very old. Funny I watched the show before I had a house, and not really after I owned one. It’s been a long time but I remember him. RIP.

Wow I didn't realize his health was in decline. I applied for them to come out and work on my parents flat roof. They take on a number of homeowner projects every year. Unfortunately being based in Boston makes it difficult for them to film and make it out to Colorado.

He was a good guy. Sorry we lost another good one that many of us grew up with.

oh, no, that sucks. Roger was always a good guy. The original group of guys (well, Steve Thomas was hosting when I found the show) was always my favorite. Steve, Norm, Tommy, Richard and Roger.

One of my favorites. Seemed like a really sweet guy who just wanted to help people.

Well that stinks, poor Roger. Being sick is awful. Health is where everything starts.

I really liked and admired the person I saw on TV, and he's the reason we have a Dogwood tree on our property.

He helped a lot of people. He really worked hard with people and made good budget conscious choices that led to great results.

AFAIK it was never announced what his illness was. Whatever it was, it was slow-moving and made him lose some weight. I remember seeing him on his last episode and thought he looked a bit thinner.
