If it were me, I would request a refund and send them back (even if it cost me shipping). It's the principal of the situation.

With that said I love Rock Auto and have ordered tons of stuff from them with no issue.

Yes I have never had a problem from Rock Auto before and I order almost all of my auto parts from them.

The Pagid pads were for the rear brakes while the OP purchased front brake pads.

My experience in buying any parts from RA under the "closeout parts" banner has been any name brands listed are just a suggestion. You may or may not get that exact name. I accept that risk. Cannot say the same for normally priced items there.
